I think it should read, "They have gone digital there, where abouts in
Sydney are you" or in my interpretation it would be "Sydney have gone
digital, where abouts are you and are they digital there?"

Who knows?

I'm in Melbourne, apparently we are digital and encrypted here... no
joy there.

VKG Sydney (and Newcastle) is digital but I'm not sure whether they're
using encryption or not. Anyone know for certain ?

Input channels are encrypted but they are using some type of voice decoder
to decrypt it so it is tx'd in the clear
