I found one, but not working, have seen them out on several jobs,
nothing heard on it though

No, I am living in VK6 now (gotta get around to changing it over), and I
did a search with 140-170 and 400-512 MHz in Kal area... apart from HF,
I think the only other ones were some VHF ones, nothing heard on them :(

No, I am living in VK6 now (gotta get around to changing it over), and I
did a search with 140-170 and 400-512 MHz in Kal area... apart from HF,
I think the only other ones were some VHF ones, nothing heard on them :(
Don't think the highband conversion program has reached there yet, so it will be
VHF midband still. The area repeater is on a mine headframe. Do a search for
sites and check out their services - you'll find it.
