Im getting a small tax return soon and I know it will burn a hole in my
pocket so Im considering getting into "trunk tracking"
At the moment I have a uniden9000xlt which I will keep also (but it wont
track the GRN etc which is a hassle)

Im after recommendations for a cheap trunk tracking scanner - it doenst have
to have all the bells n whistles but somthing basic and cheap to get me by
will be fine - Ive been out of the game awhile and am completely ignorant as
to what I need to get the GRN etc properly

Cheers

uniden ubct8 or ubct9 are about the most basic new trunk trackers you can
get today

if you see a ubc780xlt floating around they are a darn good scanner but very
hard to find as people who have their own don't normally sell them
