Anyone know who is using 482.175 control channel LTR?

Do not have any LTR ID's for lower mid north coast, Vertel operate LTR
net but on 490.000mhz in Newcastle.

Some transmissions are encrypted, received signal maybe originating
from Middle Brother or Mt Ganghat (nr Mt George).

Nuh Andrew, not ducting, hear signals at all hours (8pm at night/ 2am/
9:30am/ 4pm)? Might be like UHF Pol comms channel 9 in Newie, cross
channel comms for areas between Mittagong-Mudgee-Kandos-Newcastle.
Very sus for the mid north coast. Could also be Feds doin some jobs
local.

Will keep ears on

must be feds, a lot of unmarked helios around and no air vhf heard,
other than gen circuit/ mbz area stuff. Nuffin on uhf.
Country Energy helio is operating Port mac-Buladelah doing line
checks, not coming up on any uhf or vhf delegated CE acma freqs.

Middle Brother Mt taxi rx channel.

Unless they're very recent there are no trunking systems around the
Manning Valley area, all linked voting systems. Closest trunker I'm
aware of is a single GRN channel on Bulahdelah Mt.

How does a linked voting system work?

multiple freqs all linked so that the same signal goes out on all the
freqs in a group where you put multiple freqs into a vote group in the
radio. Then when the radio receives a signal it does a quick scan of all
the freqs in that group and finds the strongest and switches to that
freq for use

NSW and I think Vic Police used it a lot
QLD police, while the channels were linked and could have been used as a
voting system, the radios were not programmed that way

The QLD fire service does use voting
