I've just came across a frequency, and unlike and other one I have
checked against the ACMA database I cannot find a match in the whole
of Victoria. The frequency is 490.775 - I'm in south Melb on a
portable and can hear it on a tone of 151.4

Anyone know what / where this one is?

In a word, VOICE.
I am guessing this mob are an ambulance crew (of some sort).

If it were in the ACMA database it would be classed under 10K1F3E.
